Benefits of Open Gyms
Oct 29, 2024At The Rising - Parkour Gym in Kilgore we offer open gyms. This is a 1-2 hour time where students can come and work on skills they would like extra practice on outside of class time. It is also a time to practice parkour vision and creativity as a student takes initiative with their training. A Coach is available for ideas and encouragement.
Open Gym time is a great opportunity to develop deeper community. Our coaches love hanging out with students in this informal setting and connecting deeper with them in their parkour and life journey.
Students can also choose to play games during this time with any other participants present if they would like to!
You can come to weekly classes and open gyms with the unlimited membership. Upgrades are available for current 1x a week members who would like to start taking advantage of Open Gyms.
