Pulling Up the Weeds Versus Uprooting the Old Root and Replanting a New Plant - Neuro Tip

One of the things that attracted me to a Neuro Coaching approach to any issue in life is the long term full picture solution Neuro Coaching offers. It's not about mantras and saying things over and over so we can will power past the old ways. It's not about trying harder to be better. It's not about pulling up weeds while leaving the roots in the ground to sprout up the next chance they have. It's about digging down to the root, grabbing the WHOLE BIG ROOT, pulling it up, and then replanting a new seed which is then nourished through scientifically proven ways to rewire the brain so the new seed can grow deep roots. 

It's about transformation at the deepest level. Many people shy away from it because their fear of being honest with themself is greater than the desire to move forward in a new way. The brain often makes Neuro Coaching seem scarier than it is because the brain wants to keep us safe and RIGHT WHERE WE ARE. The brain's job is to protect against change because that is interpreted as unsafe to survival. So the brain knows something like Neuro Coaching is the exact thing that would move us right past anything holding us back; therefore, it often does anything it can to keep us stuck and away from Neuro Coaching. 

You can pull weeds all day long, but they will just come back in a new way another day.

The beauty of a Neuro Coaching approach is often within a few weeks of coaching with a trained Neuro Coach your brain is already shifting and thinking differently. Sometimes it's just a few questions at just the right time that change EVERYTHING. Sometimes it's learning something about how they brain works that brings tremendous freedom. Sometimes it's learning about how to tell your brain what to think instead of living subject to your emotions that causes tremendous shifts. It's different for each person, but for every person that chooses to go all in it is transformational and creates massive ripple effects of good results.
